THE CURANTO

It is a species(kind) of batiborrillo of meat, seafood, you eat, beans, vetches, fish, sausage, milcao, etc., that are cooked, with the aid of alive(vivacious) stones warmed by the fire inside a hole opened in the land.

On the fuelwood that one throws(adds) at the back of the excavation, there are placed big, rounded and smooth stones. On these the seafood are settling, you eat, vegetables, which then are covered with a cap of pangue. On this cap there comes meat, fish, milcao, etc., on which the second cover of straw spreads and of tepes.

The raison d'être the seafood the base of the Curantos, it(he,she) is because the water in them contained, reduced to steam, it(he,she) favors and hurries the boiling.
